Our Payment Options

We offer payment plans individualized to your needs. A down payment of two hundred dollars is all you need to start. For a Chapter 7, we give you up to four months to pay your balance in full.  In some cases, the Bankruptcy Court may waive the filing fee (currently $335.00 for Chapter 7).  Under certain conditions, the Bankruptcy Court may allow you to pay the filing fee in installments, or may waive the filing fee altogether.  In some cases, we can file your case for a relatively low fee, making you responsible for additional fees that arise after filing.  We will discuss your costs and options for payment when you call.

In Chapter 13, your fees and costs may be paid over the course of your three to five year Chapter 13 reorganization Plan.  Call us to discuss fees; we’re happy to speak with you about  fees before you come in.

With our office, there are no hidden fees.  We explain all the costs of bankruptcy and put everything in writing.  The forms of payment we accept are cash, check, money order and debit card payments.  We cannot accept credit cards to pay for your bankruptcy because the Bankruptcy Code limits the use of credit prior to filing.
